My work is relational and experiential rather than organised around a standardised programme. As part of that scope:

• I do not provide a standardised diagnostic assessment as part of therapy.
• I do not organise treatment around a manual or predetermined sequence.
• This practice does not provide medico-legal assessments, formal psychological testing or reports for court, insurance, employment or other third-party purposes unless this has been explicitly discussed and agreed in advance.
• This practice is not a crisis or emergency service.

Diagnostic language can sometimes be useful, but it is not the starting point of my work.
