Supervision
A place to think about more than technique.
My supervision work is still developing, and so is this page.
For now, I work with counsellors who want room to think not only about what to do with a client, but about what is happening in the work itself — in the client, in the practitioner, between them, and in the wider context around them.
That might include case formulation and intervention, but also uncertainty, stuckness, relational dynamics, culture and power, what a client evokes in you, and the kind of practitioner you are becoming.
I currently supervise and mentor trainees, newer counsellors and practitioners holding demanding work.
